I may only be through chapter 2, but I highly reco

I may only be through chapter 2, but I highly recommend this book. The research, the tips, the thoughts, it makes sense, it’s what I’ve been feeling as I’ve watched my kids grow up, longing for them to have my childhood of free play outside.

It puts into more eloquent words the marketing and psychological implications I’ve seen on social media and how it plays a part in our children’s development (and honestly in many adults and how they perceive and process information).

Anyway, if you’re looking for something to read, and even if you aren’t, I’d recommend picking up this book, especially if you have kids! Happy Reading 📚
