Today I stepped out of my comfort zone a bit and worked at The Good Life Ridgewood Health & Wellness Fair. I had a table there displaying many of the Beautycounter products I sell, and talking about the importance of getting safer products into the hands of everyone, and what you can do to help.

Nic snapped this photo of me behind the table:

The Good Life - Better Beauty

My favorite part about it? It shows most of what I do – all in one shot. Obviously, you see a lot of Beautycounter products. You can also spot the orange pens which advertise our web development company, Creare Web Solutions. And, like my scarf? It’s one of the prototypes for my newest venture, Barf Scarf.

The only thing not pictured? My family.

I wear many hats. I have a lot of interests. Beautycounter is my passion project, I love educating others about safer products and advocating for them. I’m a designer at heart (I mean I LOVE the packaging), and helping others design websites and launch their business is so much fun (Multiple clients were at the fair today, it was so great to see them all!), and Barf Scarf – it’s an idea that has been 4 years in the making, and I just couldn’t wait any longer. Head on over to the “shop” to learn a little more about it.
